<description>In a project at the Cologne International School of Design we designed postcards for the Museum Ludwig in Cologne. The aim was to interest a younger audience, aged between 18 - 30 years old, for the exhibitions at the Museum Ludwig. The Museum Ludwig houses a collection of modern art, and has one of the largest Picasso collections in Europe.

<description>In the summer of 2009 I did an internship at Bel Epok, Cologne. Inbetween building package-prototypes I spend a lot of time working with a poster to introduce the new Bel Epok-website. (link here)

<description>One of my first projects was this self initiated typeface-project that I’ve chosen to call Generica . The goal was to create a font with a generic character and that thereby could be used in a wide variety of fields.

<description>In a project dealing with layout at the Cologne International School of Design we worked on the play Die Sonate und die drei Herren by Jean Tardieu, consisting of a conversation between three men. My idea was to give each character one corner, with one typeface representing each character. Initially I wanted to create a situation in which actors could practise the play facing each other by having the sheets placed between each other on the floor. It finally ended up with something that must be rotated to be able to follow the conversation. But since the conversation doesn’t go from A to B.and from B to C and back, I used opacity, weight and size to guide the reader through the conversation.

<description>This is a brief summary of how I think and how I prefer to approach work-related and everyday life situations.
Have fun
A big part of my creativity is connected to having fun, which so far never has seemed to be a problem.
Be interested
Being interested in other cultures, other peoples experiences, e.g. Indian music, how to make the best hamburgers or why the Bauhaus school have played an important role in design history ocassionally means usable knowledge.
Be sincere
To be sincere is for me to be honest with what I do, with what I say, with what I represent or with what I spend my money on.
Take no heroes
I may have people I look up to or even admire, but by defining someone as a hero, I think there’s a risk that you consider something as unachievable, out of reach. Take no heroes, only inspiration.
Be passionate
There’s not much to say, since I love working with design, the passion is somehow always present.
