The term generally evaluates the well-being of individuals. The term can be used in a wide range of contexts including; Development, healthcare, mental health, recreation, leisuretime and social belonging. With focus set on the south part of Cologne, we analysed different aspects of living quality and how service design can contribute to the living quality and the well being among citizens. We wanted to create a serviceconcept that was aimed at students. This is our result after 6 weeks of work following a methodology through different phases. The brief had its starting point in the concept of seeing thinking of a glass as half full and not half empty, e.g think positive. For 10 days we worked on an open brief, given only The Ideal City by Piero Della Francesca as a reference and starting point. My project delt with what I would consider "The Ideal Start" - A good breakfast. But since people more often dont't find the time for breakfast, they either eat it at their desk or don't eat breakfast at all. The Ideal Start is an online based concept dealing with this issue. After you have selected and ordered your breakfast, you choose at which time you want it delivered at your door step. The website also offers you to plan your breakfast in advance.
